Too Faced Born This Way Foundation Review

Hi Gorgeous,

My review today is is about one of my favorites foundation of all time, Too Faced Born This Way.

It’s a medium to full coverage foundation that’s meant to make your skin look like it doesn’t have anything on it. It’s oil-free and is also infused with coconut water to moisturize, alpine rose to brighten and promote elasticity, and hyaluronic acid to smooth. It’s also gluten-free, if that’s a concern of yours, and its cruelty free which is a must for me of course! It blends right into your skin and gives you a pretty natural finish. There are currently 18 shades, but I've read there's going to be 6 more available soon, so you’re sure to find your perfect match. My shade is Sand, in case you were wondering. The scent is very mild, and is not at all offensive.

The foundation packaged is really pretty, frosted glass bottle. It feels smooth and velvety to the touch. The labels are kept to a minimum, and are printed on the bottle in a gold-leaf style. The overall look is clean and elegant, something you’d like to display on your vanity. The pump has a nice, smooth feel to it, it's really easy to use and not messy.

The application to the skin, I used a brush and a Beauty Blender, both works wonders. The coverage is perfect in my opinion.
There's is no doubt about this being a full coverage foundation, and it performs that way no matter what you do.
Even if you apply a thin layer, it will give you a medium coverage straight away, which is the best for during the day. When applying the second layer wow a totally full coverage.
I’ve never had any separation or cracking resulting from oil on my face, which is very rare for me.

Will I purchase again? Yes definitely, without a doubt.
